The tension and release of flesh to bone, the ebb and flow of ocean tides, the similarity of form in all living things.  Strength, truth, courage, kindness- qualities that interest me.  

What could be more fascinating than clay:dug from the earth,modeled by the touch of hands,inspired by the movement of water,hardened by fire.

Wrought from feelings and instincts coupled with interpretations from observations, lyrical lines and swelling forms move lyrically and sensually through the universe.  My pieces reach towards the sky but are grounded in the earth.  Earth and water are my elements brought to life with the exclamation point of fire.

Each viewer interprets art through the amalgam of their experiences and emotions.  I hope the spirit of my love of life will remain visible through my work.
